I have a HUGE update for you all!!! Out of the 26 people on my squad, only 4 of them aren’t fully funded (2 leaders and 2 racers). Which means we have about $9,385 left to be raised for our entire squad to be FULLY funded (that’s like 99 percent funded)!!!!
Now that we have landed in Costa Rica, those 2 racers and are making fundraising their main ministry. So as a squad, we are coming together to help them get fully funded so that they can be on full time mission in Costa Rica. In the past week alone, over $10,000 has been raised!
Often in my life, fundraising carries a really negative connotation. But through my own fundraising journey and watching others, I’ve learned that fundraising is a gift when you let the Lord make it one. It’s an opportunity to see God tangibly move; a position in which we are completely dependent upon the Lord showing up.
How often do we walk into situations where, unless God comes through, we will completely fail?
Last week, I raised almost $600 through my Instagram in less than 24 hours for one of my teammates. The words “I raised” shouldn’t even be said because I did nothing but post a few pictures on social media while strangers rallied together for another stranger in hopes of seeing kingdom come to this earth. In 24 hours I saw Gods hand move in a way that I never could.
So here we are, as a whole squad now, praising a God who has already showed up and asking Him to finish what He started! Hanging onto the verse Philippians 1:6 which states, “He who began a good work in you will carry it onto completion until the day of Christ Jesus.”

Prayer is also essential right now! A simple re-centering of our hearts around the one who is really behind the scenes providing. If my squad is ever on your mind, we welcome all the prayer we can get.
You are the ones who have helped get me, here, to the place where my God-given dreams have met reality. Thank you for continuing to partner with heaven over and over and over again. The eight letter phrase “Thank you” in itself lacks the genuity that I mean to express.
