Update!!!!!
I was really mad n sad n confused cause the dream I've pictured of going on the race & being in three different countries for nine months felt like it was stolen from me cause of how covid is still affecting the world. But let me tell ya sometimes we say yes to Jesus with no idea where He’s gonna take us. 

So!!! In September instead of traveling to Romania i will be staying in Gainesville, Georgia for three months of discipleship training with my team && then in January we will be launching overseas to three countries for six months!! Specifically in Georgia we will be focusing on missional training, leadership development, discipleship, and getting to know my team. We will also be serving and partnering with local communities and organizations. 

It was the toughest decision to stick with the race this year but i was reminded ITS NOT ABOUT ME and a loss of travel is nothing compared to a loss of knowing Jesus better, who called me to follow Him no matter what it looks like! & I cannot be more excited to be learning from and serving the communities in my own country with some pretty dang cool people :)
